registration in progress Planning a trip to an event. If there is enough of a demand from possible participants, we will start selling tickets for the ride.
Selling tickets: there has been enough registrations for the ride to the event and we have started ticket sales for it. First, the registered attendees get notified before advertising for broader auditory. For the group ride to take place, there must be a minimum number of people met.
Trip confirmed: The minimum amount of tickets have been sold. Tickets for the ride available until the bus has been sold out.
Trip sold out: The bus has been sold out. There is a new registration form available to apply for the extra bus. Tickets on sale when minimum amount has been met.
Extra trip: tickets for extra trip available. Trip will take place only if the minimum amount of people buy seats in bus.
Trip cancelled: there are not enough people registered for the ride to take place. If tickets have been bought or invoices have been paid, 100% refund will be made no later than in next 10 days since the change of status.
The price of the trip covers the bus and fuel expenses to the venue and back, parking costs, road tolls if applicable, bottled water afther the event. If getting to the venue includes ferry costs or hotel expenses, those are included in the price as well.
For rides where there is a need to use ferry or an overnight stay at the hotel, we show approximate cost. Final cost and price offer will be available once the group has been gathered and we make reservations. Cost of the ride can both increase and decrease depending on prices our partners can offer.
Change of ticket owners name is possible 48 hours before leaving for the event. Re-sale of tickets without braucamkopa.lv permission is not allowed. Seating in buses is organised by peoples names.
Reserving seats is not available. Seating is organised on first come first served basis, preferring groups to enter first.
If the trip happens with more than one bus, before arranging seats we will ask participants to tell which other participants would they like to be on the same bus with. Those, who have bought their tickets together will not be seperated.
To organise better flow of passengers, first to enter will be groups of friends and companies, then pairs and last to take seats will be single passengers.
Depending on the type of trip, there will be a driver or a representative from braucamkopa.lv who will coordinate the trip.
For every trip (and every bus, if there are more than one) there will be a Whatsapp group where t our representative will publish departure times from the stops, as well as any other relevant information regarding the trips. Groups are closed until the last stop and only braucamkopa.lv representatives can post there.

We try to offer rides and visit every big and hot event in the region, but sometimes things may slip past us. We can organise trips to smaller festivals and festivities, if there is enough of an interest!
Normally, people have an hour after the last song has been played. As there is a lot of traffic around the venue, we encourage people to use the restrooms before heading to the bus. That means that the first stop will be further away from the crowds on our way back and the ride itself will be smoother.
When organising the trips, we always try to include the best stops for large groups, so those are quick and suited for us. We choose our stops so there is both restroom and a chance to grab a snack in shop or gas station.
Unfortunately we cannot offer better price unless we find a person that would like to take the trip other way. We will try our best to help You find pair on other end so You both can enjoy the ride.
When returning, the main stop will be the same as the departure. There will also be a couple of stops when entering Rīga, which will be mentioned in the description of the trip.
