Terms of Use

Effective from 1 September 2026.

These terms and conditions apply to the website braucamkopa.lv and trips organized by MR SIA, registration no. 44103130848, legal address Selgas iela 13, Engure, Engures pag., Tukuma nov., LV-3113, Latvia, office address Lapeņu iela 23, Riga, LV-1013 under the brand BraucamKopā.lv. By applying for a trip or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions and cancellation and refund policies.

1. How is the trip going?

Each trip has a minimum number of riders. The trip takes place when it is reached. The trip status is visible on the trip page and card:

Additional busSeats added, tickets available again.
CancelledThe trip does not take place. We will refund the money paid (see cancellation policy).

2. Signing up is not a purchase

  • Applying shows that you want to ride and helps us understand whether the ride will take place. It does not obligate you to pay and does not guarantee a spot.
  • The application becomes effective when you confirm it via the link in the email.
  • When ticket sales start, we will notify those who have applied first. You will only have a seat after purchasing a ticket.
  • For trips paid by invoice, the application is a seat reservation, which becomes binding upon payment of the invoice. The invoice must be paid within 5 working days, but no later than 48 hours before departure; if the invoice is not paid on time, the reservation is canceled.

3. Tickets

  • Tickets are sold by Fienta Ticketing System. Purchase, payment and ticket dispatch are processed by Fienta and are subject to Fienta's terms and conditions.
  • For some trips, tickets are sold by another website or we issue an invoice; this is indicated on the trip page.
  • The price of the trip includes what is stated on the trip page. The event entrance ticket is not included in the price of the trip unless specifically stated.
  • Each rider, including children, needs their own ticket. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • For ferry trips or overnight stays, we provide an approximate price. The final price is announced before booking and may vary depending on partner prices.
  • Resale of tickets without prior approval is not permitted. Participant names can be changed free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.

4. During the trip

  • The departure point and time are on the trip page. The bus leaves at the specified time and does not wait for those who are late.
  • Boarding is done by passenger name. Bring an identification document; for trips abroad, a valid passport or ID card.
  • We publish current information in the trip's WhatsApp group. Follow the instructions of the driver and attendant.
  • Smoking and the use of narcotic or psychotropic substances are not permitted on the bus. Drinks may only be taken in bottles with a screw cap; cans and cups are not permitted. Alcoholic beverages are permitted if their consumption does not disturb other passengers; the tour guide may restrict this. A passenger who endangers others or disrupts the journey may be refused a refund.
  • On the return trip, the bus departs at the time indicated on the trip page or in the WhatsApp group.

5. Responsibility

  • We are responsible for organizing the trip: transportation, itinerary, and trip information.
  • The event organizer is responsible for the event itself (program, times, entry rules, cancellation). If the event is canceled, we will act accordingly. cancellation policy.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control: traffic, weather, border control, road repairs, changes in the event organizer, and force majeure. In such cases, we do everything we can to ensure that the trip takes place and that you are informed of the changes in a timely manner.
  • The passenger is responsible for personal belongings. We will try to return any belongings left on the bus, but we are not responsible for their safekeeping.
  • Our liability does not exceed the price of the trip paid, unless otherwise provided by law. This does not limit your consumer rights.

6. Use of the website

  • The content of the website (texts, images, logo) is owned by MR SIA or is used with permission. Copying it for commercial purposes without permission is not permitted.
  • Please provide truthful information in the forms. Automatic form filling and spam are not allowed.

7. Disputes and communication

Send questions and complaints to brauc@braucamkopa.lv; we will respond within 2 business days. If you are unable to reach an agreement, you can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Center (ptac.gov.lv) or a court in the Republic of Latvia. The rules are subject to Latvian law.
